Item of the Day: A RiaRue Tutu!

This little one came to visit us a few months ago and we are still in love with her

Okay, so let's be honest with ourselves for a moment. Every single time you see a cute little baby or toddler strutting around with a tutu it makes you grin a little, right? Yeah, us too. Life is made just a little bit brighter by a tiny tot in a tutu.

Therefore . . .

Today's Item of the Day comes from RiaRue, makers of fluffy girly goodness. We have several of these adorable tutus in the shop for only $12 for the tiniest of hineys (newborn to 18 months) to $15 for the slightly less little (2-5).

Item of the Day: "Butterflies" by Elijah

Today's Item: "Butterflies" by Elijah.

Today's item is especially dear to us here at Pip & Lola's. Elijah is a teenager who was born with both Downs Syndrome and Autism.  His family found that one thing he truly enjoys is painting.  Elijah's prints and original works can be found in our "Cabinet for a Cause" where proceeds from each items sale goes towards the charity of the artists choice.  In this case proceeds go toward helping with paying for his Special Olympics and other care related expenses.

Price: $12 (though additional donations are always accepted an appreciated.)

Carrie Bush of C&C Yarn and Clay Homecrafts created this beautiful butter bell and we are thrilled with its beauty and crafts(wo)manship.

Don't know what a butter bell is?

According to Wikipedia, a butter bell is a container used to maintain the freshness and spreadable consistency of butter without refrigeration. According to us here at Pip & Lola's, it is a way to spread butter without trashing that gorgeous loaf of french bread. Comes complete with instructions.
